Community guidelines
spicy.fm hasn't opened yet. Until it does, anything this page sends to the Help center or a form on the site goes by email instead: support@spicy.fm for help and billing, and legal@spicy.fm for reports of illegal content.
spicy.fm is a place for adults to share and enjoy adult content made with consent. These guidelines say what is and isn't allowed, for creators and fans alike. They are part of our Terms of service. Breaking them can get content removed, features limited, payouts held, or an account closed. The most serious breaches are reported to the authorities.
Everyone must be an adult who agreed
- Everyone who appears in content must be 18 or older, and must have passed our identity check or signed a consent release before the content is published.
- Nothing that involves, depicts or suggests anyone under 18. That includes role play, costumes, props, wording or edits meant to make someone look or seem underage. We report child sexual abuse material to NCMEC and close the account.
- Everyone in the content must have agreed to be filmed or photographed, and to the content being published on spicy.fm. Consent can be withdrawn.
- No hidden cameras, upskirt or "creep" content, and no content of anyone who is asleep, unconscious, drunk, drugged or otherwise unable to agree.
- No intimate images or videos of anyone shared without their consent, including "revenge porn" and sexual deepfakes of real people. We remove these within 48 hours of a valid report.
Content that isn't allowed
- Real or realistic violence, injury, torture, abduction or non-consensual acts, including "simulated" non-consent presented as real.
- Incest themes, including step-family role play.
- Bestiality or any sexual content with animals.
- Necrophilia, blood, scat, vomit, or extreme bodily harm.
- Content involving weapons, drugs or intoxication in a sexual context.
- Hypnosis or mind-control themes that suggest someone can't agree.
- Hate speech, or content that attacks people for their race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation.
- Content made by someone else that you don't have the right to post.
- Anything illegal where you or your audience are.
How to treat people
- No harassment, threats, stalking, bullying or hate.
- No blackmail, extortion or "sextortion". Never threaten to share someone's images.
- No doxing: never share someone's real name, address, workplace or other private details without their permission.
- No impersonating someone else, including other creators, celebrities or spicy.fm staff.
- Respect blocks and boundaries. Making a new account to reach someone who blocked you breaks these rules.
Keep it on spicy.fm
- No asking for or taking payment outside spicy.fm for anything you found or arranged here, and no sending fans to other payment methods.
- No in-person meetings for sex, escorting or anything that amounts to prostitution or sex trafficking.
- No spam, fake engagement, bots, scraping, or selling accounts or followers.
- No leaking: don't record, screenshot, download or share content from spicy.fm. Creators can report leaks of their content, and we act on them.
Creators: be honest with fans
- Describe what fans get for their money accurately. Don't sell content you can't deliver.
- Messages sent by your team or an agency must follow these rules too, and you're responsible for them.
- Paid custom requests must be delivered as agreed, or refunded.
- Don't use AI-generated or altered content to mislead fans about who or what they're paying for.
Reporting
Anyone can report a post, message, account or comment from the menu next to it, or use the complaint form at spicy.fm/complaints/new, even without an account. You can also block or restrict anyone. Our Complaints policy explains what happens next and how to appeal a decision.
How we enforce
We use a mix of automated screening and human review. Depending on how serious a breach is, we may remove the content, warn you, limit features, hold earnings, suspend or close the account, and report to the authorities. If we act on your content or account, we tell you why and you can ask us to review it.
