Content made by creators
spicy.fm is a platform where independent creators publish their own content. For content they produce, each creator is the "producer" under 18 U.S.C. 2257 and keeps the records the law requires.
Before any creator can publish content, spicy.fm checks the creator's identity and age with a government-issued photo ID. Before content showing anyone else can be published, each other person must also pass our identity check and sign a consent release. spicy.fm keeps copies of these identity and consent records.
spicy.fm's own activities
spicy.fm does not produce the content on the site. To the extent spicy.fm's activities with respect to content on the site, such as hosting and delivering it, are subject to 18 U.S.C. 2257 or 2257A, spicy.fm relies on the exemptions in 18 U.S.C. 2257(h)(2)(B) and 28 C.F.R. 75.1(c)(4).
Custodian of records
The records spicy.fm keeps are held by its Custodian of Records:
